The Power of Giving
Giving to God is a fundamental aspect of our relationship with Him. As the scriptures command, we are to honor the Lord with our substance recognizing that everything we have comes from Him.
The greatest example of giving is God’s sacrifice of His only Son Jesus Christ, for the salvation of humanity. This selfless act demonstrates the depth of God’s love and sets the standard for our own giving.
When we give to God, we experience numerous blessings, including but not limited to:
- Increased faith and trust in God
- Spiritual growth and maturity
- Financial and material abundance
- Opportunities to expand the gospel and support ministry work
Giving should be a consistent part of our lives – a lifestyle, not just an occasional act. As Believers, we are called to be generous and sacrificial in our giving, trusting that God will bless us abundantly in return.
