The Believer in God’s Army Part 2

As we guard ourselves, as we begin and continue in this battle, I urge you all to be true brothers and sisters putting God first, living our lives of holiness, spreading the gospel in love and unity and shining your light everywhere you go. The world is hungry, hungry for the truth. The things which used to make men happy and joyous no longer do. It is time to rise up and do the bidding of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is time for an awakening. It is time for revival.

Yes it is not an easy feat. Yes the road is narrow, steep and filled with complexities but don’t forget that as Soldiers, giving up is not an option. There is no time for mediocrity. We must rise, take charge and keep moving. As soldiers of Christ, He is faithful enough to equip and qualify us. As the army of Christ, we are not regular, we march to the beats of a different drum. We march according to the beats of the drum of the order of our Commander Jesus Christ. We are caretakers of Christ’s Kingdom till He comes back. Therefore we must fight to keep His Kingdom alive by spreading the Gospel everywhere we go. We are the light of the world, we don’t give up; we shine our light and we fight honourably till the very end.

We must serve Christ in spirit and in truth, no holds barred till He returns. While we serve and fight, let’s not forget to be our brother’s keepers even when they are drowning. A true Soldier looks out for his or her Colleague and protects each other no matter the circumstances. It is time to charge, it is time to move, it is time to revive, it is time to roar, it is time to arise, it is time to awake. Therefore Soldiers, awake! Pick up your weapons of warefare and engage. God is with us, we can never fail. No retreat, no surrender.
